What a happy cardinal, sitting on a pine bough. Each needle has been delicately placed around the branches. The cardinal was tack fused so that it is raised slightly above the glass giving the whole piece another dimension. Will add a unique, decorative element to any living space. It is the perfect hostess or special occasion gift (birthday, engagement, wedding, baby shower, or just because!). This piece required multiple firings - including both full and tack cushion, and cold work to smooth the edges. Approximately 48 hours to complete. Measures 9.5x10 inches.
