Gorgeous deep blue iridescent medium oval platter. This glass has specs of glitter - it appears to change color in the light and has gorgeous fault-like lines that give it extra flair. Platter is also adorned with rippled edges, giving it more dimension. Will add the perfect accent to your dining room table. Similarly patterned plates and bowls can be purchased to create a set. It is the perfect hostess or special occasion gift (birthday, engagement, wedding, baby shower, just because!). The glass was cold worked to smooth the edges and then slumped into a decorative plate mold. This required two firings, or approximately 15 hours. Measures 8" x 6".
